How a client booked B2B appointments for $49 each.
A B2B marketing agency needed more qualified calls. We deployed a LinkedIn outreach engine that produced booked meetings at a cost that beat every paid channel they'd tried.
The problem
A B2B marketing agency in Southeast Asia wanted to scale monthly call generation beyond what paid channels could produce. Cold email was saturated for their niche and paid ads were getting more expensive every quarter.
What we did
We deployed eight trained outreach specialists, optimized their LinkedIn profiles to match the client's brand, and built a database of 18,000 decision-makers matching the client's ICP. Each specialist followed a standardized outreach playbook, and we tracked conversion at every step.
The math
At $4/hour per specialist, 100 interactions take 2 hours of labor, which works out to roughly $8 in labor per 100 touches. 6,226 interactions generated 10 booked calls. $498 in labor ÷ 10 calls = $49 per appointment. No ad spend required.
Why it worked, and how we run it now
Most outreach fails because volume and personalization trade off against each other. Trained specialists running against a pre-validated list keep both dials high. Today we layer AI on top of this process for research, personalization, and reply handling, which pushes the cost per appointment lower still.
